During the 2025/26 discussions, the result in the pay award, an important issue members raised with the union. Was resolved early for the first time in a number of years. The delays in the resolution from discussion being a main concern raised by members.
This time, your union has been in discussion with the other two unions and negotiations with the employer is to commence early.
