Find coverage of providers for your mobile and broadband, use-
Txt 85075 using message INFO (To find if you are out of contract and ready to change to cheaper/better option)
Txt 65075 using the message PAC (To get code to change number to a new provider. Not for you to use, the reply may show an option to a cost benefit rather than leave, if applicable)
For Android phones, look into your settings to set Theft Protection, Remote lock, Remote find and use the following links from another device to find or activate protection.
For Apple devices search online for the equivalent options available or need setting.
