Happy September –

Entering September in the UK is a quiet, beautiful shift in energy. It is a month that bridges the chaotic warmth of summer with the cozy retreat of autumn.
The most striking part of early September is the light. The high-intensity buzz of July and August softens into a golden amber and crisp bite of mornings. The kind that makes you instinctively reach for a jumper. Ground fog often hugs the fields in the countryside, while in towns and cities, a lingering afternoon warmth tricks you into thinking summer might stick around a little longer.
The earlier sunset quietly announces the turning of the wheel. The days shorten noticeable inch by inch, giving everyone an excuse to start retreating indoors from the summary outside we have been used to.
