GMB Equalities Survey – Reasonable Adjustments survey by 25th June.
GMB NW&I’s Regional Equality Forum are distributing the following survey, inquiring about member experiences of reasonable adjustments in the workplace.
Do you have a health problem, illness, or disability that reduces your ability to carry out day-to-day activities in any way? Have you ever made a request for reasonable adjustments at your workplace? If so, please consider filling out the following short survey, which will contribute to our Regional Equality Forum’s ongoing Unseen Disabilities Campaign.
All submitted answers will be fully anonymised. Data will be used by postholders of the Regional Equality Forum for research as part of the Unseen Disabilities Campaign. Please submit your answers below by Thursday 25th June.
